A rooming list (four/room) is required prior to arrival.

Room and Board include on-campus suites for 5 or 6 nights and all you can eat buffet (three meals a day).

Each suite (first come first serve) is designed to accommodate four athletes and includes a common area, four private bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All suites are furnished with bedroom furniture (bed and desk), linens and bed sheets, pillow, and towels. Free Wifi and Laundry.  Mini-blinds are also provided.  All rooms have controlled air conditioning. 

Coaches and athletes will need to bring their own bathroom amenities.

The Food Galley is laid out similarly to that of a “food court”. Accommodations can be made for those with food allergies.  Stations available for your convenience are:

• Pizza Bar
• Burgers and Chicken
• Salad Bar
• Entrée’s
• Custom Sandwiches/Panini Bar
• Dessert Bar
• Beverage Station
• Ice Cream Bar
• Slurpee Station

All of the stations are self-serve and will feature a variety of food items.  It is buffet style so you may eat as much or as little as you want at each meal service.

5-night departure date for the 14u Pathway teams would be Monday, June 16th, 2025.

5-night departure date for the Upperclass (15u/16u)  & Upperclass (17u/18u) would be Monday, June 23rd, 2025.

Those teams that are not able to depart on Monday will need the select the 6-night stay if flying out on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 for 14u Pathway.  Everyone needs to be out by 11:30 am on Tuesday morning.

The lodging surcharge grants teams permission to book accommodation outside of Triple Crown’s hotels. Teams cannot book outside hotels until the lodging surcharge is purchased.
