Room and Board includes on-campus suites for five or six nights and an all-you-can-eat buffet (three meals a day).

Each suite (available on a first-come, first-served basis) is designed to accommodate four athletes and includes a common area, four separate/private bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All suites are furnished with bedroom furniture, linens, bed sheets, pillows, and towels.  Includes free Wifi and Laundry.  Mini-blinds are also provided. 

Coaches and athletes will need to bring their bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, etc).

The Food Galley is laid out similarly to that of a “food court”. In most cases, accommodations can be made for those with food allergies.  Stations available for your convenience are:

• Pizza Bar
• Burgers and Chicken
• Salad Bar
• Entrée’s
• Custom Sandwiches/Panini Bar
• Dessert Bar
• Beverage Station
• Ice Cream Bar
• Slurpee Station

All of the stations are self-serve and will feature a variety of food items.  It is buffet style so you may eat as much or as little as you want at each meal service.

5 night departure date for UnderClass/UpperClass (15u-18u) would be Monday, June 22nd

For those teams that are not able to depart on Monday will need the select the 6-night stay if flying out on Tuesday, June 23rd, for the UnderClass/UpperClass (15u-18u).

The lodging surcharge ($1,750) grants teams permission to book accommodation outside of Triple Crown’s hotels. Teams will not be scheduled and may be removed if teams have not met the minimum 24 room nights (5 rooms for 5 nights) or the lodging surcharge has not been paid by May 1, 2026.
