Teams from outside of a 75 mile radius will be required to meet 16 total room nights per team (not total reservations.)

• Teams outside of 75 miles will be placed in their hotels in the area based on their needs. We have excellent partner hotels in Windsor, Loveland, Johnstown, Greeley and Fort Collins.
• Placement will be based on US Club Rankings and how far your team is traveling. For example, if you are coming to the event from Omaha, Nebraska or Salt Lake City, Utah, you will get first choice at hotels.
