Trip Extension – How to Select the Correct Option

If your family is arriving before August 1st or departing after August 8th, you will need to purchase additional nights.

Please follow the steps below to ensure you select the correct option:

1. Select the Player Attending – Choose the player associated with your reservation.

2. Select the Number of Guests in the Room – Choose the total number of people staying in the room.

3. Update the Quantity – Enter the number of additional nights you are booking (Quantity = number of extra nights).  The price shown when selecting an option is per night.

Any arrival before August 1st or departure after August 8th is considered an extra night and must be added per night, per room.

If setting up a payment plan and not paying in full -

Put the Player/Guardian Package and any Additional Travelers into your shopping cart then select "Check Out"

On the next page, confirm all details then select "Proceed to Review"

Agree to Terms and Conditions and select "Proceed to Payment"

Exit the screen and call Brennen - 970-672-0523

Brennen will work with you to get the payment plan squared away and send a personalized link 

This is for an additional traveler, an all-inclusive resort at Emotions by Hodelpa - Juan Dolio. 

This includes: All-Inclusive Resort Lodging, Transportation to all scheduled events, Dominican Summer League game admission, Water, off-site meals (as needed).

Not Included: Flights (each person is responsible for booking their flights), Optional family excursions or non-team transportation (i.e., sightseeing in the Capitol District).

Travel Info: Primary Airport: Santo Domingo (roughly 30min from resort).  All major airlines except Southwest, Airport transfer is included in registration

Alternate Option: Punta Cana (2 hours away).  Only Southwest flies here.  Airport transfer NOT INCLUDED if flying into Punta Cana
